From the day I called into the Ecosmart office in Denison Street I felt comfortable and wanted to do business with them , Jeff was excellent when he called into to my home to explain a couple of different options of solar solutions and his quote was back the next day, the installation crew could not do enough for me with all my questions answered and any recommendations they could make it was a dream process and I would highly recommend a local business, Ecosmart Solar are excellent.

We have often considered getting Solar Panels installed in the past and have even been’ cold called’ by different Companies, however we made the wise decision to go with Eco Smart Solar here in Rockhampton, they are a local company with vast experience and their ‘after sales service is excellent’
Jeff Hoare and his team are very helpful, professional and supply their customers with a ‘full details’ of what they are purchasing, including where the product is made and everything you need to know.
Their Installers are extremely helpful, courteous and very professional.
If you are considering Solar Panels or any Solar Products we highly recommend Eco Smart Solar.
Overall a pleasure to deal with and we are looking forward to enjoying our solar in the years to come.

For us this was a great experience all round. We have been renovating our property and am happy to say this job has been my only dealing that went off without a hitch.
We wanted to go local and this is why.......
We have plenty of hot water and it has made a noticeable difference to our hot water availability.
From Quote to install and completion, so start to finish this job was handled in a professional manner. So that is a 5-star rating from us...Keep up the great work.

The folks at EcoSmart recently installed a solar system for the Rockhampton Water Ski club. The experience from start to finish was top notch, they took care of everything for us, which as a volunteer only club made life much easier for us. Very highly recommended.

Hi Jeff, I would like to let you know that your crew of men that installed my solar and battery system today were absolutely 100% professional and a pleasure to deal with. I had to leave them at the house before they were finished as I had to leave. Your supervisor called me when they were done just to let me know and the house was left better than when they arrived. Very happy. Jeff was very helpful with information and then setting up a temporary hot water system for us so we had hot water till the solar one was installed. Very happy with the system bought, plenty of HOT water.
Good Morning Jeff, My husband and I had a Solar/Battery system installed yesterday at our home in Woodland Court, Gladstone and I just wanted to leave some feedback regarding our experience.
We had 4 workers arrive early yesterday morning, they introduced themselves, they were well presented and they immediately got to work. Like a well-oiled machine, they all seemed to have their part to play and worked well into the dark until the job was finished. I would, however, like to make a special mention of the 2x “Josh’s” – these guys were very impressive, very well-mannered and noticeably put in 110% all day. They even took the time to talk to a very inquisitive 3 ½-year-old little boy, who was asking far to many questions!!
I was unfortunately on the phone when they left last night, so didn’t get a chance to thank them for all their hard work – so I would appreciate if you could please pass this on for me. We would very highly recommend your company to anyone in the market for solar. Thanks again
